VLOG | How To Stop Self Sabotaging

I believe that maintaining a positive mindset requires daily practice and this is something I remind myself of, especially when I’m having negative thoughts.

I recently recognised that I self sabotage a lot and this was only brought to my attention after speaking to other people. I know I’m not alone in this and I’m open to discussing it more.

Here’s my thoughts on how we can stop allowing our past affect our present.
